Cinnamon & Honey spread
- 500 g or 2 cups of honey
- 72 grams or 2/3 cup cinnamon, that is a half package where I shop.
- I mix the cinnamon & honey with a butter knife in a 500 gram or 1 pound margarine container. When mixed & after setting a while it turns into a nice spread that pretty much fills the container.
- I like the cinnamon & honey spread on whole grain toast for a flavorful snack.
- Use this spread below to make a Turmeric tea.
Cinnamon historically is very healthy & also used as a breath freshener. Honey is very healthy & a great healthy natural sweet flavor.
